Meet the President & Managing Director

Dr. Judith K. Berry is a longtime resident of East Lansing, MI where she is both president and managing director of Technical Education Services and Training, LLC, also known as TEST, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marygrove College with specializations in business education and social science, a Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University with a concentration in K-12 educational administration and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Walden University in Education with a focus on community college leadership.
